Manager - Digital Sales Systems
Tasks

Project Management:

  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

  • Manage and measure daily task and progress and report to supervisor

  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.

  • Coordinate work across the teams

  • Prepare management report

  • Managing the relationship and communication with all related parties and stakeholders

System Product Ownership:

  • Managing the end-to-end system lifecycle

  • Leading in demand management and implementation for system/ application in end to end perspective (Wholesale and Retail)

  • Collaborate with local IT and regional IT team to solve technical issues and follow up for long term solutions

  • Assist in defining and documenting business requirements

  • Identify areas of improvement in existing system related processes, data quality,  risks, operating mechanisms, and methodologies

  • Work collaboration in conjunction with related business teams to find system/ business solutions

  • Manage daily support escalated system issue and provide consultation for solutions

  • Manage issue reporting communication tools (Dealer Query Portal System)

  • Develop initial training material and work in conjunction with training center trainer

  • Ensure system knowledge internally (Business team, IT team) and externally (agents and vendor, supplier)

  • Test and confirm expected system testing result, provide signoff into production system

  • Managing a system backup plan including maintain knowledge, process and communicate to trigger back up plan when necessary

Customer Database Management / Data Governance:

  • Be responsible to align with other business architecture stakeholders on the definition of business architecture, process design, and future requirements to support overall business strategy

  • Be responsible to integrate systems and processes in a cross-functional manner in the interest of the end

  • Acts as an agent of change and digital transformation

  • Regularly take initiative to identify, communicate, and execute high-impact changes or improvement

  • Establish and govern enterprise-wide data governance framework, with a focus on improvement of data quality and the protection of sensitive data through modifications to organization behavior policies and standards, principles, governance metrics, processes, related tools, and data architecture

  • In conjunction with the IT, provide progress reports to Management and oversee periodic updates to the Department Data Governance Roadmap and monthly operation report

  • Identify new business opportunities for the use of information assets to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in the marketplace / represent data as a strategic business asset to the management (optional)

  • Ensure data quality by implement End-to-End process and daily operation (e.g. data compliance, data cleansing, data quality) to streamline all data into central database

  • Apply fundamental of data protection policy eg. GDPR, PDPA into work scopes, OneDoC

Business Architecture and Digital Transformation:

Qualifications

Education Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Innovation, IT, programming or related fields

Working Experience:

  • Minimum of  2  years of work expert in project management, development of digitalization/innovative business.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working expert in system lifecycle management (Demand management, Testing, Issue management)
  • Working experience in project management and project methodology role is a plus
  • Working experience in a multinational company with an international role is a plus
  • Working experience in Front end Sales and CRM applications is a plus 

     

Specific Know-how:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office; PowerPoint, Excel
  • Able to analyse data and suggest solutions by using excel
  • Strong analytical skills to abstract and visualize complex processes and data
  • Ability to actively participate in conversation and discussion, act and think about options, and constructively
  • Demonstrated ability to work productively and maintain an effective relationship in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
  • Pro-active attitude and good problem-solving skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills with collaborations in cross-functional working environments.
