· You are responsible for the contracts, audits & qualification in Maintenance. You analyze the tender documents to understand the requirements and objectives.
· You coordinate the tender management processes and create tender calculations taking into account the individual discount models.
· You are jointly responsible for contract management, retail and pricing strategies. You will be involved in the management of open-house contracts with health insurance companies, including performance audits.
· You are involved in the auditing of health insurance invoices.
· You directly support the Commercial & Tender Excellence department and take on cross-departmental projects.
· You support the further development of the business strategies.
· You independently develop the annual internal audit plan and coordinate it with the respective management of the association.
· Your strategic vision ensures efficient audit planning.
· You use your specialist knowledge to plan and carry out audits on changing key topics.
· You will identify process and system weaknesses and develop optimization measures.
· The preparation and presentation of audit reports to various stakeholders (m/f/d) is one of your core tasks. Your clear and precise reports ensure transparency and understanding.
· You monitor the implementation status of the recommendations for action from the audit reviews and prepare the reporting. In this way, you ensure that all measures are implemented effectively.
· You advise management and executives on all audit-related topics. Your in-depth knowledge makes you a valuable contact person and trainer in problem solving mythologies.
· You will monitor regulatory developments and provide strategic advice and implementation support in regulatory-driven business transformation and optimization as well as the design of internal and external frameworks and organizational structures.
· Additionally, you will engage your network and identify process opportunities while also contributing to the continuous improvement development.
· Higher technical education: Msc or Bachelor (preferably Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical or industrial Engineering).
· Several years of experience in a similar position.
· Knowledge of overall co-ordination of maintenance department activities.
· Knowledge of automotive environment including experience with Automation, Robots, PLC, Computer control systems.
· Very good organization of working time, commitment, diligence, reliability.
· Responsibility and the ability to solve problems independently.
· Driving license B.
· Knowledge of German / English enabling easy communication.
· Ability to work in a team.
· Readiness to travel abroad.
