·        You are responsible for the creation and correction of all coating-, sealer-, wax- applications for the automatic and robot systems as well as the optimization and reliability of the process.

·        You will carry out process optimizations (CIP, 5S) and coordinate maintenance activities like PM`s and repairs.

·        You are responsible for carrying out coating tests, maintenance and troubleshooting on the robot system and the color change system (Paint- MIX).

·        You will support operational maintenance on site, e.g. as an expert in the event of technical breakdowns, instruct the team during maintenance assignments/trouble shooting, and be pragmatic and solution oriented. The team consists of electrical and technical technicians.

·        Convince with good understanding in your profession, enjoy working in a positive work culture.

·        Higher technical education: Msc or Bachelor (preferably Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical or industrial Engineering)

·        Several years of experience in a similar position

·        Knowledge of paint shop technologies such as paint application and processes, chemicals, sprays, filtration, pumps, degreaser, rectifier process, anodes, Sealant application,

·        Knowledge of automotive environment including experience with Automation, Robots, PLC, Computer control systems.

·        Very good organization of working time, commitment, diligence, reliability.

·        Responsibility and the ability to solve problems independently.

·        Driving license B.

·        English enabling easy communication

·        Ability to work in a team

·        Readiness to travel abroad
