· Support to establish a maintenance organization in the Assembly shop, defining a maintenance program, concepts, systems, and processes.
· Follow maintenance KPI evolution and define correction plans and activities.
· Act as interface between the maintenance and engineering, with an active participation in the design phase.
· Assure the best overall solution is achieved. Supervision of the installation and commissioning of the equipment.
· Equipment buy off process.
· Definition of preventive maintenance activities in the equipment, definition of spare parts list.
· Detection of malfunctions in the operation of devices using dedicated analytical systems and implementation of appropriate improving programs.
· Analysis and optimization of Assembly Shop equipment and processes.
· Operation and implementation of control and monitoring systems.
· Higher technical education: Msc or Bachelor (preferably Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical or industrial Engineering).
· Several years of experience in a similar position.
· Knowledge of Assembly shop technologies such as Tightening, Electronic Controlled Tools, Gluing, Filling equipment, Dynamic Vehicle Testing Equipment, Wheel Alignment Equipment, Vehicle Electronic Checking Systems.
· Knowledge of automotive environment including experience with Automation, Robots, PLC, Computer control systems.
· Very good organization of working time, commitment, diligence, reliability.
· Responsibility and the ability to solve problems independently.
· Driving license. B
· Knowledge of German / English enabling easy communication.
· Ability to work in a team.
· Readiness to travel abroad.
