Mercedes-Benz is seeking dynamic and creative individuals to join our team as Corporate Communications & PR Interns. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the most iconic brands in the automotive industry and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of corporate communications and public relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Monitoring and Reporting:
- Assist in daily media monitoring to stay updated on industry trends and Mercedes-Benz coverage.
- Contribute to monthly report tracking to evaluate the impact of our PR efforts.
- Collaborate on the creation of campaign reports to measure the success of our PR campaigns.
Internal Communication and CSR:
- Play a key role in conceptualizing and executing internal communication plans.
- Support our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and help in promoting them both internally and externally.
Content Creation:
- Draft compelling press materials, including media invitations, press releases, speeches, and program content.
- Develop engaging and informative reports to keep stakeholders informed about our communications and PR activities.
Press Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and coordinating press events to showcase our latest innovations and developments.
- Ensure all logistics are in place for a seamless event experience.
PR-Related Company Cars Management:
- Manage the fleet of company cars usage for media test drives.
- Pitch and secure media coverage for test reviews.
- Ensure the cars are maintained in excellent condition at all times.
- Facilitate the handover of units to media, providing all necessary information and materials.
- Final year student with a degree in Communications, Business Communication, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Bahasa (spoken and written) is a significant plus.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and luxury brands is a bonus.
- Must be able to commit to a 6-month internship period.
