Training Plan: Digital Marketing Implementation
Internship duration: 6 months
Key duties & responsibilities
CRM
- Supporting SFMC operations, including blueprint development, contact strategy planning for markets, review demands from markets on template enhancement, CRM measurement KPIs report and dashboard, IT blocker management etc.
- Supporting CRM data quality management topics.
Social
- Supporting social media related tasks, i.e. social media activations and report preparation, social media governance and monitoring, ad-hoc projects (i.e. social media pitch and follow-up), etc.
Presentations
- Preparing management report and presentation, including status update on digital marketing activations, SFMC journey implementation, status updates, etc.
Reporting
- Compiling reports for topics across various digital marketing streams, including CRM, OneWeb, Personalization, Social, Social-CRM, Media, Content, Data, etc.
Others
- Assisting in general administrative tasks
- Assisting in ad-hoc projects, e.g. CRM Content Brief, etc.
Qualifications
- Able to commit 6 months of internship placement with the company (Kindly state your internship start and end dates in your application).
- Candidate must be a Malaysian student who has not graduated and studying for a degree in Marketing, Business Management, or relevant fields (CGPA: 3.00 and above).
- Internship is mandated by applicant’s educational institution.
- Proficient in English and computer literate.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.
