As an intern, you will hands-on experience and contribute to both technical and organizational aspects of our operations. Your specific responsibilities will be tailored to your interests and qualifications, allowing you to make the most of this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings
- Conduct monthly retrospectives and maintain a "Process Improvement" backlog in Jira
2. Digitalization (3.0 hours)
- Develop digital dashboards based on project requirements
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary data
- Validate dashboard accuracy with stakeholders on a weekly basis
- Collect user feeback and refine dashboard logic accordingly
3. Organization (1.0 hours)
- Document departmental processes
- Support preparation for audits and internal assessments
- Prepare materials and content for presentations
4. Testing and Validation (2.5 hours)
- Update the system by the lastes SW releases.
- Conducting test cases accorfing to specification
- Document system defects and maintain defect records using STARC
Internship Details
- Location: Kawasaki, approx. 20km south of central Tokyo
- Start Date: from August to October 2025
- Desired Period: 6 months
- Working Hours: 22.5 hours/week (7.5 hours/day)
- Compensation: JPY1,300/hour + transportation fee (up to JPY1,500 one way)
- Currently enrolled at a university either Bachelor or Master during the internship period
- Major in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automatic or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant science/engineering field
Preferred skills:
- Proficient Confluence, Jira skills
- Being motivated to work with an international team and having strong communication skills
- Proficient MS Office skills, especially PowerBI for digital dashboard
- Project experience in Automotive development as intern is prefered.
Preferred languages abilities:
- Having solid oral and written English skills
- Japanese is a plus but not required.
