INTERNSHIP INTAKE : SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2025

Task & Job Description

1. Planning and executing communication with dealers such as through e-mail and letters.

2. Addressing the Training Department requirements such as stationeries, tools and equipment needed for training usage and purposes.

3. Assisting Training Department to analyze training participation, training result and training feedback

4. Supporting event management for Training Department.

5. Other supporting activities required by Training Department.

6. Monitor apprentices attendances records and documentation.

7.Compiling apprentices performances results.

 

Project – AMA Recruitment 2025

1. Exploring opportunities and out-of-box ideas to propose recruitment process efficiency initiatives.

2. Assist to organize recruitment process e.g., timeline, open day, social media posting, etc.

3. Compiling applicants data information from Mercedes-Benz platform to find qualified candidates

4. Screening candidates for information and documentation.

5. Arrange interviews session with hiring manager and other trainers.

6. Notify selected candidate via phone calls and email

7. Liaising selected candidates for onboarding documentation and medical checkup.

8. Assist to organize apprentices’ agreement signing.

Qualifications

Field of Study : Degree in any field

IT Skills : Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint

Language Skills : Bahasa & English
