Task Description:

• Digitize Manual Check Sheets and Forms: Transform existing manual check sheets and forms into digital formats to streamline data collection and improve efficiency.
• Develop Quality Escalation Management Applications: Create applications to effectively manage the quality escalation program, ensuring timely and accurate tracking and resolution of quality issues.
• Create Data Processing Applications for Decision-Making: Develop applications that process data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and enhancing overall quality management.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree: In Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Internship Availability: Able to commit to a 6-month internship.
• Microsoft 365 Proficiency:
   
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Application Development:
   
  • Ability to design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps.
  • Experience in automating workflows with Power Automate.
• Data Analysis and Visualization:
   
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
  • Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken.
