Internship in Parts Distribution Center

Are you a motivated student currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field? Are you eager to immerse yourself in diverse projects and gain hands-on experience? Are you ready to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months? Could you envision contributing to a global organization undergoing significant transformation in today's dynamic world? If so, you could be our next Inventory & Customs Intern.

In this intern role, you will:

•    Coordinate with team members and internal stakeholders on logistics operations, including customs clearance and inbound/outbound transportation.
•    Support daily activities related to customs declaration procedures and associated payment processes.
•    Assist the logistics team in projects involving supply chain optimization, transportation, and implementation of new systems.
•    Support the team in maintaining and enhancing data management practices, including data visualization, digitalization, and reporting.
•    Support the manager in coordinating shop floor operations and monitoring progress to ensure alignment with operational goals.
•    Provide administrative support and assist in resolving operational issues as needed.

To thrive in our team, you should:

• Remain as a student throughout the 6-month internship period, concluding at the end of February 2026
• Commitment to completing the full 6-month internship period.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Transportation and Delivery, Import and Export, or a related field.
• Strong willingness to learn, with excellent time management skills and a high sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in English communication is an advantage.
• Background or experience in customs clearance operations is highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented, able to thrive in a dynamic environment, and capable of working under pressure.

• A Confirmation of Enrollment letter (giấy xác nhận còn là sinh viên) from your university is required. This letter should include your expected graduation date with your school's official stamp to be valid.
