Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. (MBV), a joint venture with the German-based Mercedes-Benz AG and SAMCO, was incorporated on the 14th of April in 1995. MBV has been tasked with the assembly and distribution of passenger cars. Since our foundation in 1995, we have been a key player in the local automotive industry, especially in the luxury segment.
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR (C&B and Training) Intern. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into Compensation & Benefits, HR administration, and employee training programs. You will work closely with the HR team to support various HR-related activities and projects, ensuring accurate and effective implementation of HR processes.
As an HR (C&B and Training) Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities, including topics related to Personal Income Tax (PIT), Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and other employee benefit programs.
- Assisting with policy and governance-related documentation, including document preparation, coordination of signatures and company stamps, scanning, filing, and maintaining HR records.
- Supporting the administration and implementation of HR programs and employee engagement initiatives.
- Preparing and organizing HR materials and documents using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Supporting training and internal HR communication activities, including preparing materials, designing video clips, collecting quiz responses, taking photographs, and providing other administrative support as required.
- Preparing HR presentation slides and reports as assigned by the Head of HR.
Providing administrative and operational support for other HR-related projects and activities as assigned.
Who are we looking for?
- Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam.
- Remains of a student throughout the 6-month internship period, including the end of March 2027.
- Undergraduate student majoring in English, Business Administration, Human Resources, or other relevant disciplines.
- Willing to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week).
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail, with a careful and responsible approach to handling documents and HR-related information.
- Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated interest in developing practical knowledge and experience in Compensation & Benefits, Training, and HR Administration.
- Good skills in MS skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
