Main tasks:
- Tracking closely 2nd delivery material and EX33 material till material are dispatched
- Update Air shipment overview and follow up custom clearance process to ensure the clearance is within the agreed Lead time target
- Review shipments documents for customs entries and coordinating with customs clearance broker.
- Completing shipments documents on the share drive
- Prepare Packing lists and share them with stakeholders for material lists checks
- Send Goods receiving forms and notes to the warehouses and acc. Department and update IDC sheet
- Coordinate with Ex33 and customs broker to prepare Cargo X ‘ documents for Air shipments for (MB and EGA)
- Prepare and coordinate supporting documents required for customs clearance, form 4
- Support in placing Ex33 orders and follow up material arrival
- Support in follow up sea shipments and pre alerts
- Follow up sea shipments delivery to plant in arrangement with assembler fore receiving and preparations based on capacity
- In case of insurance claim, record all damages and details to inform the insurance company.
- Participate in the Damage inspection process with the Insurance agent and provide additional information.
- Arrange with insurance surveyor any needed visits or actions.
- Issue the Insurance Claim weekly and following the re-imbursement process.
- Follow up with the insurance company until claim settlement.
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university.
Technical Knowledge
1- 2 years’ experience in Customs Clearance Process

- Excellent Command of English Language

- Strong Quantitative Skills
- Strong Communication Skills & Collaborative Working
- Excellent Microsoft Excel is a must
- Digital literacy is required; programming knowledge is preferred
