Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for the assigned departments/divisions.
- Collaborate with line managers to define workforce needs and ensure timely staffing.
- Support succession planning for critical technical roles.
2. Performance & Talent Management
- Drive the performance management cycle within the supported functions.
- Facilitate talent identification and development planning for key employees.
3. Employee Relations & HR Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to supported functions and supervisors.
- Handle employee relations matters, applying consistent and fair HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company regulations.
4. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage onboarding and orientation of all new joiners on site.
- Oversee offboarding activities, including exit interviews and reporting.
5. Engagement & Culture
- Support and implement employee engagement activities tailored to the supported functions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of HRBP or HR generalist experience in corporate environments.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and coaching skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems (Workday preferred).
