Task Description
1. New project
    Responsible for the fixture function, HOP fiture and parts matching, clamping sequence and process sequence checking.Support engineer to achieve CMM audit target phase by phase, guarantee vehicle launch key timeline and pass Q-release
2.Dimension
    Adjust the HOP fixtures to ensure the CMM result lower target and monitor the CMM result and fix the problems on fixtures Analyze the dimension of incoming parts and formulate optimization measures
3. Fixture check 
    Responsible for regular inspection of HOP fixture, replacing the severely worn positioning pins and positioning blocks, collecting information on fixture and equipment, and ordering prepared parts; GEO positioning gripper, positioning system, track with fixture and parts matching status inspection. And the roller edge condition check
4 .Quality
    Analyze for the issues that feedback by BS、PS、AS and QM, find the root reason and formulate the fixture optimization
5. Technical Support
    Solve the unexpected various problems on site, propose the solution and ensure the normal production. Heming technical trouble shooting and quality improvement
6. Q-Stop
    Perceptron, VMT, CG, STFP, WHP, SME, Best fit, and hemming technology quality Q-Stop processing, technical maintenance, focus on station deviation, check the corresponding tooling, process, Perceptron、VMT、CG、STFP、WHP、SME、Best fit
7.CI
    Analyze the unstable factors CMM report and propose the optimization suggestion

- Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering or similar education. 
- Work experience of minimum 5 years in Automotive Industry in the field of production, maintenance, planning or similar industrial occupation preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the automotive industry is advantage。
-  Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and problem-solve creatively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge in accuracy/dimension area: CMM report, fixtures, grippers, inline measurement and related concepts.
- Ability to be fluent in English speaking, reading, writing and listening. Chinese and German optional preferred.
