Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design, optimization, and implementation of consistent end-to-end planning processes across key areas including Capture Demand, Stocking, Safety Stock/EOQ, Forecasting, and Deployment.
- Lead functional and integration testing efforts to ensure the successful deployment of system enhancements and new features into the productive environment.
- Manage the rollout of the Global Planning solution to new locations (e.g., NAFTA, China) and oversee the integration with order processing systems in Europe and Dubai, as well as SAP S/4HANA under the Future System Landscape (FSL) initiative.
- Provide 3rd-level technical support for Spare Parts Planning, acting as a key interface between operational teams and IT to resolve complex system and process issues.
- Work within the Global Planning Scrum Team, applying the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology to ensure effective and agile solution delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Minimum 4–8 years of experience in supply chain planning, system integration, or related roles within a global organization
Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes (Demand, Stocking, EOQ, Forecasting, Deployment)
Experience with SAP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA
Familiarity with system integration and functional testing
Understanding of agile methodologies, especially SAFe and Scrum
Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills for working across global teams
Experience in global rollout and support of planning solutions
Educational Qualifications
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Knowledge of Spare Parts Planning processes
- Certification in SAFe, Scrum, or Agile methodologies
