· GL Accounting posting including bank statement
· Stock accounting and differences reconciliation
· GL cost & profit center accounting
· Payroll & tax posting

· GL Account monitoring and reclassification
· Responsibilities for providing figures for auditors
· Mapping GL accounts with PL/BS and central reporting system
· General ledger and subledger reconciliation,
· Responsibilities for FX run in the financial system
· Performing month-end closing (including annual closing):
a) planning & coordination
b) postings & reconciliations
c) group eliminations
d) reporting local and group results to central accounting and
e) consolidation FS to the central accounting system
f) intercompany transactions elimination and balance confirmation
g) managing internal system for closing task flows
h) permissions management of internal closing system
i) responsibilities for performing closing in group system ( Financial consolidation system )
j) preparation of periodic group reporting (consolidation packages) for headquarter purposes
Abilities:
1. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, internal/IFRS and external reporting
2. Periodic calculations
3. Planning activities
4. Divisional and plant accounting
5. Processes with increased complexity and with international stakeholders
6. Responsibility for project tasks/work packages within projects
Requirements:
· 5 years of experience in accounting
· 2 years of experience in month-end closing and performing closing activities in MIF ( Financial consolidation system )
· Very good knowledge of SAP system
· Knowledge of IFRS standards will be additional advance
· Fluent knowledge in German/ or in English
· High communication skills
· High interpersonal skills
· Resistance to stress and working under time pressure
