Job Title: Executive Assistant to the MD&CEO, MBRDI

Job Grade: Level 5

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO’s office. This role will operate as a strategic partner and execution lead at the center of MBRDI’s management circles. The role combines strategic influence, cross‑functional orchestration, and disciplined governance—supported by robust analytics and digital fluency—to accelerate strategy execution, innovation, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.

 

Strategic Leadership & Execution  

  • Drive high impact organizational initiatives by leading strategic projects end-to-end assigned by CEO / BoD / SteCo / BOM or similar forums.
  • This includes structuring complex business problems, crafting compelling narratives, conducting deep-dive analytics, and ensuring seamless implementation.
  • You will act as a thought partner to the CEO, translating vision into actionable strategies that accelerate organizational growth and champion change initiatives across the organization.
  • Translate strategy into execution: objectives, milestones, KPIs, owners, risks, and decision gates.

 

Enterprise-Wide Collaboration  

  • Orchestrate enterprise alignment with leaders across different business units, Corporate Functions leaders and other key stakeholders.
  • Define accountability via RACI/DRI; set operating rhythms (cadence, forums, minutes, actions).
  • Track commitments to closure; unblock dependencies, escalate decisions, and maintain momentum.

 

Executive Communication & Influence

  • Own the development of high-stakes presentations for internal leadership forums and external engagements.
  • This involves storyboarding, synthesizing insights, and leveraging creative visualization techniques to communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact.

 

Innovation & Special Projects

  • Incubate high‑leverage experiments that test new ideas (process, product, capability) and scale those that deliver impact.
  • Document learnings and embed winning patterns into the enterprise playbook.

 

Market Intelligence & Disruption

  • Maintain a sharp outside-in perspective by tracking industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive moves.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for MBRDI to lead, innovate, and disrupt.

 

Operational Excellence 
Ensure the CEO’s office operates as a model high-performance hub. This includes managing workflows, prioritizing tasks, and enabling smooth day-to-day functioning.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in multiple domains and functions

  • Ability to influence and lead a cross-functional team from idea to launch

  • Analytical mindset, with experience of analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategy. Good Experience in any of the analytics / visualization tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Mastery in presentation skills

  • Comfort in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

  • Working knowledge in Productivity and Strategy tools
