EWM & TM Specialist - Aftersales Automotive Logistics
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled EWM & TM Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and optimization of warehouse management processes. As a member of a cross-functional and international scrum team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of S4 EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) or TM (Transportation Management) at a wholesale level.
Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Process Analysis and Design: Analyze and design warehouse processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work as a member of a cross-functional and international scrum team to deliver project goals in line with business requirements.
- Support EWM/TM Implementation: Assist in the implementation of S4 EWM or TM at the wholesale level, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Testing & Test Documentation: Develop and execute test cases, as well as document test results to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
Requirements:
- Warehouse Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse operations and processes, ideally with direct operational experience in a warehouse environment.
- SAP-EWM/TM Knowledge: Ideally, experience with SAP-EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) or SAP-TM (Transportation Management) systems, with a good understanding of their capabilities and functionalities.
- Experience with S/4Hana: Practical experience with S/4Hana, ideally in the context of warehouse or transportation management.
- Test Case Organization: Experience in deriving, organizing, and executing test cases in collaboration with scrum teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Agile Methodology Expertise: Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methods and agile working practices to efficiently contribute in fast-paced, iterative project environments.

Education Requirements:

- Certifications in SAP-EWM, SAP-TM, or Agile methodologies (such as SAFe or Scrum) are highly desirable.
