Agile Coach – Enterprise Agile Transformation
Summary: The Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM) is responsible for the strategic alignment of the portfolio, ensuring that it delivers the highest value to the organization. The LPM works with the product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define the portfolio, prioritize initiatives, and track progress. Additionally as an enterprise coach, the candidate should be responsible to do value stream mapping, launch Agile Release trains, coach business and IT roles and setup the pace for leadership transformation as well.
Responsibilities:
· Define the portfolio vision and strategy
· Prioritize initiatives and track progress
· Work with product managers to define and launch new products and features
· Ensure that the portfolio delivers the highest value to the organization
· Manage the portfolio risk Communicate the portfolio status to stakeholders
· Enterprise Agile transformation expertise and experience
· Very good expertise with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
· Coach agile teams by assessing current agility maturity, support them in continuous improvement
· Partner with global LACE team for enterprise transformation initiatives
· Expert know how on ART launch ceremonies, value stream mapping, value stream analysis
· Leadership coaching skills
· Coach RTEs, scrum masters, product owners on agile principles, PI planning, and agile ways of working
· Experience setting up CoPs for Agile roles
· Ability to create agile maturity assessments and guidelines, frameworks to support teams
Qualifications: Overall experience of 15+ years with over 7 years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or a related field.
· Strong understanding of Lean principles and practices
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Experience with SAFe and other agile frameworks
· Experience with portfolio management tools
· Experience with data analysis Experience with stakeholder management
