Responsible for hardware platform enablement and integration activities for Cockpit, ADAS, and Centralized Computing platforms, supporting board bring-up, low-level hardware/software integration, interface validation, and technical issue analysis.
Act as the technical bridge between hardware development teams and software development teams, enabling efficient platform bring-up, issue debugging, and product maturity improvement throughout the development process.
As the primary technical investigation point for platform-level integration issues, supporting objective root cause analysis and ownership determination across hardware, software, suppliers, and validation teams.
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
Fluent Chinese and good English communication skills required
Experience1. Hardware Platform Development Experience· Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive electronics, embedded systems, or hardware platform development
· Experience supporting board bring-up and platform enablement activities
· Experience with Cockpit, ADAS, Domain Controller, or High-Performance Computing platforms preferred
· Experience supporting products from prototype stage through validation
2. Hardware & Software Integration Experience
· Experience working with BSP, firmware, or embedded software teams
· Familiarity with platform initialization and hardware enablement processes
· Experience debugging hardware/software interaction issues
· Experience analyzing low-level platform behavior and system logs
3. Technical Investigation & Debug Experience
· Experience investigating complex cross-domain technical issues
· Strong root cause analysis capability
· Experience determining issue ownership across hardware, software, and supplier domains
· Experience supporting validation and product maturity activities
