Objective of job The Digital Solutions Centre (DSC) uses the Scaled Agile / Scrum project methodology. The manager post-sales will be the Product Owner of digital products (Quotation, Application, Co ntracting, Doc Mgmt, Customer self-service and etc.). The PO is responsible for the vision, management and delivery of the business solution and product in customer centric view in accordance with the BalancedStrategy. Key resposiblities: Discuss requirements with other business units, Support CPO with Product vision and deliver roadmap design, extract and draft user stories from features, prioritize the backlog with a CORE structure in mind, ensure Sprints are palnned in an effective and efficient manner, testing management/coordination and training to users as well as communication with stakeholders. Task description 1. Project Management: - Ontime delivery of projects within budget, with acceptable quality and satisfy business needs/designed scope; - Engaging with end-users to understand the needs and requirements in product UX and functional design; - Responsible for high quality, detailed and well defined user stories and product backlog that is aligned to the strategic goals as defined in the Digital Lending Model; - Prioritization of the relevant user stories / backlog making use of various prioritization techniques to deliver what is most urgent and needed first - Ensuring product quality by engaging related department to align test cases and testing execution; 2. System Maintenance: - Monitor of system performances, report bugs and ensure timely fixes & deployment; - Coordinate & support testing support needed in regards to the owned system; 3. Training and Communication - Ensure timely training and communication regarding the system new features, issues and/or updates are made timely via the appropriate channel - Align stakeholders on the system needs/expectations 4. Suppport in other initiatives in DSC teams: - Support any other ad-hoc assigned tasks from Sr. Managers within DSC teams (Pre- / Post-Sales / Retention) such as system test, deck preparation, business case calculation etc.
Qualification Training and Qualification: - Bachelor or above degree in finance, business administration or related fields - Excellent written and oral English & Chinese communication skills - Knowledge and experience with Agile and Scaled Agile approach of product delivering - Comfortable presentating to a large crowd of audiences and/or to senior management Technical Knowledge: - In-depth understanding of processes in auto finance industry and how to digitize and optimize those; - Project management experience with the ability to work independently with little supervision; - Must be able to handle multiple initiatives at once, under multiple deadlines and with attention to detail; - Solid knowledge about Microsoft Office applications and preferable Jira platform and auto testing tool; Managerial knowledge: - Framework thinking and result-driven; - High degree of personal and professional integrity, accountability and credibility; - Excellent people management & organizational skills; - Excellent communication & collaboration skills; - Be able to drive initiatives forward and demonstrate undisputed willingness to succeed; Experience: - At least 5 years’ experience in Sales/Credit/Operations functions of Auto Financing, Banking or other related industry with a good understanding of the processes, systems and technologies available; - Preferred to have previous project management experience, especially Agile approach.
