Mercedes-Benz Malaysia is looking for a Digital Transformation Intern to join our Online-to-Offline (O2O) team, where digital strategy meets real-world retail execution.
As a Digital Transformation Intern, you will be part of a dynamic team driving our omnichannel initiatives. You’ll contribute to impactful digital projects, from system rollouts to data analytics that power informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Digital Rollouts
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of digital initiatives, including system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements aligned with Agile methodology (UAT, RPA, and retail staff training).
2. Ensure System Quality & Stability
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and work with relevant teams to identify root causes and drive timely resolutions.
3. Develop Dashboards & Reports
Build, update, and maintain visually compelling and actionable dashboards using Power BI. Ensure data accuracy through cleaning, transformation, and validation processes.
4. Analyze Data & Generate Insights
Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement across omnichannel operations. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
5. Support Daily Operations & Ad Hoc Tasks
Assist the O2O team with general administrative duties, project coordination, and any additional tasks required to support team objectives.
What We're Looking For:
· Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline at a Malaysian tertiary institution.
· Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship.
· Strong command of Microsoft Office tools Excel, Powerpoint, Word; proficiency in Power BI is highly preferred.
· Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured in approach.
· Self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams.
· Adaptable and a fast learner, especially when working with new systems and digital tools.
