Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with the global digital team, serving as the local webmaster responsible for implementing new features and functionalities on the official Mercedes-Benz website.
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure the continuous maintenance of content and functionality across all official Mercedes-Benz websites and social media accounts.
• Develop and execute digital campaigns that align with local marketing strategies and CRM initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Conduct vigilant monitoring and timely updates of content on the brand's website and social media accounts to ensure the accurate representation of product information and brand messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to compile comprehensive integrated campaign performance reports to offer valuable insights and actionable recommendations for future marketing campaign optimization.
• Perform ad-hoc market research and analysis of competitors' activities to stay informed about industry trends and identify marketing opportunities.
Requirements
• University graduate with a major in marketing, business, multimedia design, or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years working experience. Prior experience in in-house marketing, media, creative, or web design agency is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge or experience with Adobe AEM, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and project management abilities.
• Effective communication skills with a proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Passion for automobiles.
