Design & Development of Exterior trim development

Primary Responsibilities

:

1.      Development Engineer of Roof trim components- responsible for Roof Rails, Roof Ditch Mold & water deflector from concept design phase till SOP

2.      To work in coordination with teams in India and Germany

3.      To coordinate with design, purchasing, supplier and other cross-functional team to validate the design, cost factor & quality of off-tool parts and deliver it according to project milestones.

4.      To conduct part & process quality Audit of supplier along with quality engineer.

5.      To plan the quality check and delivery of part to the plant for pre-production vehicle build

Qualification

:

Graduation/Post graduation in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering or similar field with inclination towards automobiles
