Objectives of the Job:
• Technical consulting for requirements gathering, defining the scope of work, establishing the working model for collaborations with RD Germany
- Strategic planning, handling teams & projects from concept to delivery, Manage/Plan onsite/offshore product development activities
- Stakeholders management & experience in setting up Global working models
- Focus on talent management – right talent acquisition based on project requirement and talent development through appropriate trainings to enhance the skills of the team
- Define steps to increase the overall efficiency of the people by necessary measures
- Motivate the team to do the value addition to the parent organization through innovation and active involvement in various activities like benchmarking, CSR, team buildings, etc.
- Project management (tools, reports, techniques, methodologies & practices)
- Effective People & Team Management
Experience in leading large teams, 15+ years of experience in design.
· Good knowledge in Product development, engine components design & PT WH design
· Working knowledge of Product development cycles
· Successful track record in developing talent, people management and expanding business
· Good networking and communication skills
· German language skill is an added advantage
· Exposure to intercultural aspects
