Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. Key Responsibilities:
• Determine quantity and capacity requirements for new projects and model updates using strategic production planning figures
• Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels to support production and supply planning
• Analyze sales, stock, and other statistical data to ensure accurate planning decisions
• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities in material demand planning, procurement, and order management
• Support program planning, supplier management, and coordination with sales and logistics teams
• Manage sales order processes, supply chain operations, project planning, and production documentation
• Own and execute the complex process of determining quantity and capacity requirements across projects
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery

Required Skills and Experience:
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain, material demand planning, procurement, and order management
• Strong exposure to program planning, supplier management, and sales or logistics functions
• Knowledge of sales order processes, supply chain management, project management, and production documentation
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Tools / Systems: Dialogue, SAP/KBM, PLM
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to deliver high-quality results

Educational Qualifications:
• BE in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial Engineering

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
• Knowledge of German language
• Experience working in global automotive or manufacturing environments
