Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the operation of the system and record any problems that occur
• Ensure rapid problem resolution in close cooperation with participating third parties
• Proactively follow the solution progress of incidents
• Responsible for the monitoring and the analysis of possible sources of error
• keep stakeholders up-to-date on system-relevant incidents
• Follow established processes such as Incident Management and Change Request Management
• Evangelize best practices and methodologies
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and procedures
• Cultivate relationships with developers, engineers, and other technology partners to understand their infrastructure needs and deliver solutions
• Provide mentorship and technical direction to associate team-members

Mandatory Requirements :

• Expert knowledge and hands on experience with CI-CD tool chains. E.g. Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, Ansible etc.
• Expert knowledge and hands on experience with Linux OS
• Expert knowledge and hands on experience with Middleware Management. E.g. WebSphere, JBoss, MQ
• Good knowledge on RDBMS (DB2/PostgreSQL)
