Your Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of the plant management team and support the overall business strategy
- Take responsibility for the plant closing process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and internal control standards including preparation VAT tax return
- Reviews and approves contracts and other documents from an accounting side
- Manage budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and resource planning across administrative functions.
- Drive organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support plant transformation projects and strategic change management activities. Supervises the implementation of new projects related to company development and legal requirements.
- Facilitate cooperation between local management, corporate functions, and external stakeholders. Cooperation with internal tax department.
- Ensure transparent reporting and performance monitoring through relevant KPIs.
- Cooperate closely with external auditors/institutions/ public institutions and coordinate audit-related requirements for the plant as well as with Share Service Centers
- Promote a culture of integrity, collaboration, diversity, and employee engagement. Responsible for the development of employees
- Monitors changes in legal regulations on an ongoing basis, recommends and implements changes to internal procedures.
- Ensures proper execution of the company’s treasury processes

Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS regulations, Polish Accounting Act, Tax
- Practical knowledge of MS Office especially advanced Excel skills, SAP (FI, MM).
- Very good knowledge of economics, treasury processes, financing/cash management, financial statement preparation, internal audit, SOX
- Advanced knowledge of state aid and group reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous
- High level of intercultural competence and leadership maturity.
