Your Purpose:
You will be expected to support Business Process Management team with daily tasks and data analytics. You will be working in an international environment with close contacts with the Mercedes-Benz AG Logistics headquarters.
A day in the RLC work environment, you will be assisting your manager and team members with Performing the assigned daily tasks, providing Project Support and adhoc data analyses and creating reports and management presentations. You will also have the opportunity to understand various logistics IT systems and processes. Some days you’ll be supporting the rest of the team with meeting deadlines & other adhoc tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform the required daily tasks for department
- Execute daily reporting in Power BI
- Conducting the daily WIMS file transfer checks
- Adhoc return shipment processing
- Assist BPM team on creating adhoc reports and presentations
- Attend to special requests on reports and analyses of key figures
- Assist BPM team in specific administration/documentation processes

- Coordination to ensure smooth order management & cancellations

Coordination as per project requirements
Global Logistics Center, Germersheim
- Order Cancellations and related queries

Knowledge/Skill/Experience:
Good supply chain knowledge, experience working with Supply Chain IT systems or reporting tools will be added advantage.
Have advanced skills in Data analytics and reporting – Power BI, Power query etc
Have advanced skills in MS Office, preferably in MS Excel & Powerpoint.
Excellent oral and written communication in English
Ability to understand IT system landscapes and associated functionalities quickly
Able to use your analytical skills to solve problems, experience in data analysis is a plus

Qualification:
Currently working towards or have recently completed a post-secondary diploma/degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
