Business Process Analyst – Enterprise Logistics Application (Claims & Returns)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Process Analyst to support the Claims, and Returns processes within our Enterprise Logistics Application deployed across Europe and Dubai. This role involves analyzing and designing system processes based on business requirements, executing and documenting tests, and working closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and supply chain experts. The analyst will be an integral part of a cross-functional, international scrum team, contributing to agile delivery and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Analyze and design system processes based on business requirements.

·       Execute and document functional and integration tests.

·       Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and supply chain experts.

·       Support the scrum team with process knowledge and requirement clarification.

·       Participate in agile ceremonies including Iteration Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

 

Required Qualifications:

·       Experience in logistics and supply chain processes, particularly claims, and returns.

·       Strong analytical and documentation skills.

·       Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.

·       Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and test management tools.

·       Advanced English proficiency: German language skills are a plus.
