Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. Key Responsibilities
• Understand business requirements and translate them into actionable stories
• Prioritize features, challenge priorities when necessary, and manage scope effectively
• Collaborate with Product Owners to own and refine the product backlog
• Identify and propose useful UI/Backend concepts that add user and business value
• Build user journeys and business processes that align with product goals
• Co-write acceptance criteria and ensure deliverables meet INVEST criteria
• Drive stakeholder engagement, alignment, and change management
• Champion a high-performing team culture, embedding best practices in collaboration and delivery
• Analyze requirements, engage directly with clients, and facilitate working sessions
• Communicate business value across teams using visual information radiators
Required Skills and Experience
• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in software, digital, or automotive domains
• Strong UI design sense and capability to work closely with frontend/backend teams
• Hands-on experience in backlog management, story writing, and Agile methodology
• Proven experience managing stakeholders, dependencies, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience working on customer-facing digital projects

Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Additional certifications (if any): Agile, Scrum, or relevant Business Analysis certifications
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
• Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in small or medium-sized organizations
• Exposure to international client environments through work or study
• Strong results orientation and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of German language is a plus
