Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze Aftersales Processes: Evaluate and enhance aftersales processes within the automotive sector, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business needs, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to propose actionable recommendations.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the automotive industry with a focus on aftersales processes.
- Experience working with automotive supply chain management or dealer management systems.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
