Objective of Job:
- The position is responsible for achieving the quantitative and qualitative results in the PC area.
- Dealer training and providing Finance and Insurance product consultation to customer Maximize sales opportunities by provide innovative Finance and Insurance solutions to the MB customers
- Responsible for relationship management with dealers, brand partner management, and brand partner representative
Main Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for penetration of MBF India products and services within given dealer relationship ;
a. Finance & Insurance penetration
b. RV & Retention business
c. Used car business
d. Corporate & Fleet business
e. Acquisition volume & required margin
2. Qualitative Parameters & Process Adherence
a. 100% adherence to new digital process
b. FTR in Credit & Activation process
c. PDD management as defined from time to time
3. Ensure dealer abreast of all Finance and Insurance related topics, design local campaigns and promotions to support sales & finance
4. Support and provide all training of the Finance Assistants on Finance and Insurance products
5. Provide consultation and training to dealer sales executives
6. Maintain Relationships with Dealer & Brand partner representative
7. Ensuring that the company policy is adhered to by all persons who having dealings involving the Finance and Insurance function and products.
Education & Work experience
- Expert in Finance and Insurance products in the Passenger Car (PC) automotive sector
- Expert in understanding of credit processes.
- Over 5 years in automotive business or car finance field
Critical and soft skills knowledge
- Expert in finance and insurance products.
- Knowledge on credit underwriting & Risk Management.
- Preferred experience in financial industry to be in 5-8 years.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
