This function drives practical AI-enabled productivity and process improvement across BMBS by identifying repeatable workflow pain points, translating them into adoption-ready process changes, and enabling business teams to use approved AI tools in daily work. The role focuses on organization-wide efficiency uplift, cycle-time reduction, user adoption and new ways of working, while establishing adoption standards and governance mechanisms, driving cross-functional stakeholder alignment, with portfolio prioritization, use case value ownership and ROI governance remaining under the AI portfolio role.
Identify and size practical efficiency opportunities across BMBS processes, tasks and workflows, with priority on high-frequency work, manual coordination effort, repetitive analysis and management preparation activities where AI can create visible productivity leverage, driving scalable productivity transformation across functions.
Translate process pain points into AI-enabled improvement concepts, target ways of working, adoption journeys and success measures, ensuring the solution design remains business-led, compliant and easy for users to apply, while supporting standardized adoption approaches and governance requirements.
Drive adoption, onboarding, training and change communication for approved AI productivity tools and process improvements, aligning business owners, IT and compliance stakeholders to increase confident and responsible usage.
Track productivity impact, cycle-time reduction, user adoption, repeated usage and key friction points for deployed efficiency initiatives, and provide management-oriented insights and recommendations to support cross-functional alignment on what should be scaled, simplified or stopped.
Support BMBS-wide AI adoption and capability building, promoting compliant, practical AI productivity tools within company policy and resource boundaries, while increasing cross-functional synergy, reuse and organization-wide adoption.
