About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Agile Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of cloud-based products and services within the MB.OS ecosystem. This senior role combines Agile Project Management, Scrum Master responsibilities, technical leadership, and cross-functional delivery governance in a complex international environment.
The ideal candidate brings more than 9 years of professional experience, including a strong technical background in software engineering and cloud-native development. You understand modern software architectures, development lifecycles, and platform engineering principles, enabling you to effectively collaborate with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
You will play a key role in ensuring predictable delivery, fostering high-performing teams, managing complex dependencies, and establishing transparency across multiple stakeholders and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Coach teams in self-organization, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint goal definition.
- Identify and remove impediments affecting team effectiveness and delivery.
- Coordinate delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and required follow-up actions.
- Create transparency through clear status reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Align product, engineering, architecture, and management stakeholders across locations.
- Promote agile values and adapt ways of working to the needs of the team and project.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, quality, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 9+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, or Delivery Management roles.
- Strong technical background in software development, ideally with previous hands-on experience as Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or DevOps Engineer.
- Solid practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or comparable agile methodologies.
- Experience coordinating mid-sized, cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience delivering software projects in agile environments.
- Strong stakeholder communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments in a structured manner.
Technical Experience
- Cloud-native application development

- Enterprise-scale software delivery environments
Preferred
- Scrum Master or agile certification
- Project management certification
- Experience with SAFe Framework in a large-scale organisation.
