Outbound & Procurement Specialist - Aftersales Automotive Logistics
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Outbound & Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing and designing outbound and procurement processes, while supporting the implementation of S4 at a wholesale level. As a member of a cross-functional and international scrum team, you will contribute to ensuring successful project delivery by testing and documenting processes in alignment with business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound & Procurement Process Analysis and Design: Analyze and design outbound logistics and procurement processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with international and cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are aligned with business objectives.
- Support S4 Implementation: Assist in the implementation of S4 at the wholesale level, ensuring smooth integration of processes.
- Testing & Test Documentation: Organize, execute, and document test cases to ensure the successful implementation of outbound, procurement, and supply chain processes.
Required Skill Set:
- Advanced English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for effective collaboration within international teams.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain & Warehouse Management: A solid understanding of supply chain management, particularly outbound and procurement processes. Experience in automotive supply chains is a plus.
- Procurement & Inbound Process Expertise: In-depth knowledge of procurement and inbound processes, from supplier management to inventory control.
- Agile Methodology Familiarity: Understanding of agile working models or a willingness to learn and apply agile principles.
- Software Development Process Knowledge: Familiarity with the software development process, including the roles of Business Units (BU), IT, and Consulting during different project phases.
- SAP S/4 Experience: Practical experience in using SAP S/4 (ERP), with familiarity with standard Fiori apps and transactions.
- Optional - SAP-EWM Interaction Knowledge: Basic understanding of the interaction between S/4 and SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) systems.

Education Requirements:

- Certifications in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), or SAP S/4Hana are highly desirable.
