Job Overview:
The Advanced Analytics Lead is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing advanced analytics and artificial intelligence solutions that support business objectives and improve decision-making across the organization.
The role partners with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify opportunities to address business problems using predictive analytics, machine learning, automation, and emerging AI capabilities. The position helps business teams apply advanced analytics and AI to improve decision-making and business outcomes.
As the subject matter expert for advanced analytics and AI within DIAA, the position provides technical leadership for advanced analytics initiatives and helps ensure analytical solutions are practical, effective, and aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to apply advanced analytics, machine learning, automation, and artificial intelligence to business problems by partnering with stakeholders to understand needs, evaluate available data, and define analytical approaches. (25%)
- Prepare, explore, and analyze structured and unstructured data using techniques such as data profiling, statistical analysis, pattern recognition, data mining, and natural language processing, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations. (20%)
- Design, develop, test, and implement predictive models, machine learning solutions, and AI applications, including documenting methods, validating results, and interpreting outputs for business use. (25%)
- Develop and maintain processes that support repeatable data preparation, analysis, model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance, including automation where appropriate. (15%)
- Provide technical leadership for advanced analytics and AI by evaluating emerging analytical techniques and technologies, establishing development standards, supporting data governance requirements, and promoting adherence to A22 - Global Data & Information Policy. (15%)
Qualifications:
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

Education:

- 2+ years of experience required with cloud-based analytics and AI platforms, including Microsoft Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies.
