About the role:
Be part of an agile software development team developing ADAS and Automated Driving features for L2, L2+ Vehicle Adaptation Layer Parking and Driving features
Responsibilities:
. Contribute to the R&D of cutting-edge ADAS/AD functions
. C++ & Model based function development of ADAS/AD features using MATLAB, Simulink,
Stateflow & Targetlink tools
. Implement ADAS/AD functions as per ASPICE guidelines
. Practical usage of mathematical, physical and logical knowledge
. Develop functions from concept until production ready maturity level
. Implement algorithms on embedded hardware
. Test and validate algorithms in simulation and real-car driving
. Analyze and solve problem reports coming from field tests
. Perform effective root cause analysis for problems reported during vehicle testing
. Create tests for the feature on various levels e.g. Unit Tests, SIL, HIL
. Ensure release readiness by creating the required documentation for the customer
. Provide fast and effective software implementation for proof of concepts, when required
Required Skills: Technical
. Good experience in model-based development and testing of control algorithms using Simulink/Stateflow tools.
. Good experience in C++ development and testing using Gtest.
. Good experience in logical development and converting requirements into Simulink/Stateflow model
. Good experience in debugging skills of Simulink/Stateflow models
. Good experience in MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, Targetlink tools and m-scripting
. Knowledge of auto code generation using RTW, Targetlink
. Experience in MIL/SIL/Back2Back testing using tools such as TPT
. Unit test experience with framework such as Gtest
. Experience in writing software test specifications
. Good understanding of the SW build environment and build process – compilation, linking, etc.
. Knowledge of configuration management tools like GIT and requirement management tools, e.g.
DOORS
. Experience/ Knowledge of AUTOSAR design philosophy
. Good understanding of closed loop control systems
. Hands-on experience in working with model/code evaluation tools, e.g. Polyspace/Astree, MXAM
. 3-6 years of experience in the automotive industry, especially in ADAS domain is an advantage

Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech. in E&E/E&C/CS. M.Tech./MS in related fields
