Task Description Define requirements for active safety function (AEB, FCW, LKS, ELK, etc.) - Create, document and tracking proper requirements in the requirements manage system, like DNG. - Improve the requirements according to Chinese market requirement and NCAP scenarios - Communicate and align with feature developers and suppliers to allocate and define the active safety function relevant signal and interface. Implement active safety function algorithm and software - Cooperate with partners and suppliers, document the new concept and architecture of functions. - Cooperate with partners and suppliers, development active safety function software, incl, scenario processes, state machine, controller, HMI interface - Code maintain in repository and moderate code view. - Align development timeline with PM team. Perform testing and validation on active safety functions - Define and document the test cases of implemented functions. - Support the SIL and HIL testing environment for active safety functions. - Cooperate with partners and suppliers, verify the functions performance by vehicle test, like NCAP test and maintain the testing result - Cooperation with partners and suppliers to analyze the root cause of issues. Analyze, debug and fix the active safety function related issues after road test - Analyze the active safety function related issue after ADAS/AD road testing - Debug and fix the active safety function issue with supplier, track the issue status and manage the tickets.
Qualification - Master in Automotive/ Electronics/ Control Science and Engineering / Robotics Engineering, Computing Sciences Engineering - At least 2 years work experience in ADAS algorithm software development. - Fluent English language skills, German language beneficial - Industrial experience in ADAS active safety features software development. - Familiar with NCAP scenarios and testing methodologies. - Programming skill, e.g.: C/C++, python, CANoe, FlexConfig, M code. - Understand software and hardware requirements, vehicle architectures, sensors properties. - Experience with source code management, unit testing, code review and issue tracking systems. - Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels - In dependent and proactive working style, willingness to travel inside China and abroad.
