Objective:
Design, integrate, debug, and maintain vehicle EE measurement and simulation devices, including in-vehicle data loggers, to ensure reliable validation of EE systems and accurate replication of vehicle electrical environments.
Design and develop EE measurement and simulation devices, including solution selection, technical concept definition, and budget planning for simulation equipment and data loggers. Create data acquisition solutions supporting CAN/LIN/FlexRay/Ethernet protocols for real-time recording and storage.
Integrate and debug simulation systems and in-vehicle data loggers with ECUs, wiring harnesses, and real-time platforms to ensure accurate signal matching and system consistency.
Develop programmable signal generation modules for sensor signals, bus signals, and fault injection scenarios. Design analog/digital signal output systems for vehicle testing and validation.
Deploy simulation models and test scenarios on real-time platforms and configure test software to execute automated validation sequences for EE systems.
Provide on-site process guidance and technical support for prototype assembly, timely solve process problems during assembly, track and close issues.
Maintain, calibrate, and optimize simulation equipment and data loggers; create operation guides and support cross-functional teams in issue analysis, validation, and capability building.
Optimize device performance including power consumption, storage efficiency, and electromagnetic compatibility.
It must be ensured that all group and location rules/regulations, guidelines and works agreements, etc. that apply for the area of responsibility transferred are complied with or applied. In particular, these include adherence to the relevant compliance rules, safety, work safety and environmental regulations and working hours regulation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in vehicle data logger development, HIL bench development, simulation equipment integration, or in-vehicle data logger development and application; experience with full-cycle mass-production vehicle projects is preferred.
Deep understanding of vehicle EE architecture and in-vehicle networks (CAN/CAN FD/LIN/Ethernet); proficiency with HIL testing principles and mainstream real-time simulation systems; hands-on experience with data loggers, electrical debugging tools, and test software such as CANoe/CANalyzer/CANape, CAPL, Python, or Matlab.
Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills, at least be able to read German instructions.
High commitment for automobiles and self-driven and self-responsible working attitude and initiative
With on-site problem analysis and solving ability, good communication and coordination, strong responsibility able to adapt to the rhythm of prototype trail-production.
