Responsible for driving and coordinating hardware development activities for Cockpit, ADAS, Centralized Computing, and other automotive ECU platforms throughout the complete product lifecycle.
- Act as the primary hardware development interface between internal hardware development teams, suppliers, validation teams, vehicle programs, and global engineering organizations. Ensure hardware products achieve required technical maturity, integration readiness, and project objectives.
Support both China-led hardware development programs and HQ-led global development projects by driving technical alignment, development tracking, issue escalation, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful hardware deployment into vehicle programs.
· Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related disciplines
· Fluent Chinese and good English communication skills required
· International project experience is a plus
Experience· Automotive Hardware Development Experience
· Minimum 8 years of experience in automotive electronics development
· Experience in Cockpit, ADAS, Domain Controller, Centralized Computing, or related ECU products
· Strong understanding of complete hardware product development lifecycle
· Experience supporting products from concept development to production release

· Experience coordinating hardware development across multiple engineering functions
