Technical Skills:

•                 8-10 Years Experience in Automotive Interior Component Developments (e.g.Instrument Panel, Center Console. Door trims)

•                 Experience in supplier management and internal stakeholder management.

•                 Experience in creating proof of specifications/book of requirements.

•                 Knowledge of manufacturing processes of Interior Component (e.g.Instrument Panel, Center Console. Door trims)

•                 Knowledge of Packaging Requirements (Overall Vehicle) of Instrument Panel, Center Console. Door trims

•                 Knowledge of regulatory requirements of ECE, FMVSS, China, etc

•                 Know-how of Product Development Cycle for Automotive Interior Components

•                 Know-how of PPAP for Automotive Interior Components

•                 Knowledge of Interior Component materials and their specification

•                 Knowledge of GD & T, Data Management/Change management processes and drawing standards.

•                 Knowledge of Plastic Part Design, Tooling, and Manufacturing processes.

•                 Data management (Data archiving, release ready, 2D Drawing creation)

•                 Know-how knowledge about either of Enovia/VPM/Team Centre
