Description of tasks
Shared Service Center (SSC) related:
1) Review & monitor daily operation results of vehicle/spare parts invoices & credit memos based on sales related agreements
2) Monitor collection/settlement in a timely basis including DCP (online sales platform)
3) Review & monitor sales incentive programs on a monthly basis including re-design process after direct wholesales to dealer
4) Monitor Fixed Assets (FA) depreciation & amortization expenses on a monthly basis
Non-SSC related:
1) Statutory requirements on a daily basis for MB vehicles and spare parts business
2) Monitor DCP eGUI issuance, posting, and settlements.
3) Approve miscellaneous incomes invoice application (including foreign currency)
4) Prepare VAT submission and Tax reconciliation
5) Prepare, consolidate and report on all related-party transactions for statutory requirements on a monthly basis
6) Approve BU applications on invoicing for used cars and company cars as well as complaint cars based on approved proposals in a timely manner.
7) Maintain overview and working files for IFRS16 Leasing
8) Approve FA register application
9) Initiate process improvement ideas and digitalization innovation
Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting and Tax related areas.
• Proficiency of PC or system skills including Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint and any other ERP system.
• SAP proficiency is an added advantage.
