Data Management Analyst (Process Access Management)
As a Data Management Analyst you will be responsible for managing user access to business systems and applications, ensuring compliance with established procedures, maintaining data quality, and supporting onboarding, organizational change, and offboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user access to systems and business applications.
- Execute onboarding, employee transfer, and offboarding processes.
- Verify the accuracy of user data and access rights.
- Update process documentation and maintain databases.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams.
- Handle requests related to granting, modifying, and revoking system access.
- Prepare reports and analyses related to access management and data quality.
- Support audits and control activities related to system access security.
- University degree or currently pursuing a degree (preferred fields: Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, Data Analytics, or related disciplines).
- Previous experience in business processes, systems administration, or data management is an advantage.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level - C1 level preferred, enabling independent communication with international stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including: Excel (pivot tables, data lookup functions, basic reporting),
Outlook,
Teams.
- Confident user of computer systems and business applications.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- SAP or other ERP systems would be an advantage.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems would be an advantage.
