As a Data Analyst you will drive the value maximization of a data product along the entire product lifecycle with a motivated and agile team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Data Product Owners.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and understanding relevant problems, goals and decision needs of a business unit
- Identifying and collecting suitable data and information to solve various problems or issues
- Performing data visualizations and analytics to support data-driven business decisions
- Creating user-friendly reports, overviews and presentations for stakeholders
- Presenting information and insights to stakeholders from diverse business units
- Analyzing, validating, processing and organizing data to derive insights and identify trends and correlations

Ideally, you bring the following skills and experience:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field of study, or or a comparable qualification (e.g., training in computer science)
- Good knowledge of basic mathematical and statistical principles
- Experience in the use of business intelligence tools (e.g. MS Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of at least one Data Science-related programming language (e.g., Python, R, Scala)
- Basic knowledge of database structures and languages (e.g., SQL and NoSQL)
- Experience using relevant tools and platforms for data storage and processing, such as ADLS, Databricks, or AzureML
- Experience using source code management tools such as Git and Github.
- A good understanding of relevant business goals and problems in order to interpret data analytics
- Basic knowledge of agile methods (e.g. Scrum) is an advantage
