Compliance Intern Job Description:  

• Supporting the Local Compliance Manager in the day-to-day compliance consultations and implementation of the compliance measure set for Mercedes-Benz.
• Assisting with training programs and compliance awareness activities.
• Assisting with the Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) activities, including reviewing supporting documents and taking minutes during meetings.
• Conducting regular compliance health checks and supporting the Compliance Manager to prepare reports on areas such as Sanctions Compliance, Sponsorships and Donations.
• Develop engaging internal communications on key compliance topics like Integrity, Anti-Corruption, Data Privacy, Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering and Social Compliance.

 

Duration of internship

Internship duration: 6 months (mandatory)

Commence date of internship: 1st September 2025 onwards

Who We’re Looking For:

·     Undergraduates’ student in International Business Management, Business Management, Law, Accounting, Business Law or any other related field.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·        Familiar with Canva Apps or similar tools for designing communication and newsletters.

·        Strong command of English and Malay (spoken and written).

·        A self-starter, reliable team player, and able to work independently.
