Job Overview:
The Sr. Analyst, Compensation supports the design, administration, and governance of compensation programs across MBFS and MBUSA. This role partners closely with Compensation leadership, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance to ensure compensation programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with internal job architecture and market best practices. The Sr, Analyst plays a key role in operational execution, analytics, and process improvement across core
compensation activities.
Responsibilities:
Compensation Program Administration
•Support annual merit and bonus cycles, including data preparation, system uploads, validations, and cross charge processing in partnership with Finance and Payroll.
•Support offer compensation reviews, including base pay, location premiums, and alignment to internal ranges and practices across MBUSA and MBFS.
•Participate survey submissions, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to submission timelines.
•Maintain documentation and audit trails to support governance requirements and internal reviews.
•Support in the Job Evaluation process, including tracking, audits, and issue escalation in partnership with HRBPs.
•Support compensation processes, harmonization efforts, and data quality initiatives.
•Help identify process improvements, standardization opportunities, and workload efficiencies across compensation operations.
Stakeholder & Cross Functional Support
•Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify efficiencies in offer review processes and improve turnaround times.
•Support onboarding compensation sessions and update materials as needed.
•Provide compensation support to MBFS and MBUSA, including offers, survey participation, and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in compensation, analytics, or a related business function.
• Strong understanding of compensation fundamentals, job architecture concepts, and market benchmarking.
• Experience working with HR systems (Workday preferred), Excel, and compensation data.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a matrixed, fast paced environment
