Job Overview:
The Client Services Mexico Representative will deliver superior service to Mexico customers and dealers, while building customer relationships in support of CSI/DSI. They will act as a dedicated account manager for all Mexico customers, handling contracts cradle to grave. They will act as a single point of contact for inquiries and requests from customers, dealers, field employees, and other internal partners as they relate to servicing the Mexico portfolio. Responsible for the timely follow up on delegated items and minimizing legal & financial risk through procedural compliance and processing excellence. This position encompasses a wide array of aspects from Client Services at a high level of complexity.
Responsibilities:
Prepare legal documents for account modifications (extensions/deferrals, due date changes, principal payment/term reductions, etc.). Upon return of executed documents, audit for completeness and then take necessary actions to execute the modification in ALFA or send to appropriate department/team. (15%)
Respond timely to inquiries received via mail, email, cases, and phone. Provide account information and perform account updates as requested, including: payoffs, principal payment/term reductions, Autopay set up/cancellation, amortizations, title copies, contract copies, garage/billing address updates, and payment research. (45%)
Complete requests where possible in relation to account questions, title release, and document/payoff provision. Ensure completion of issues that are delegated to other areas within the organization. Build relationships with internal partners to minimize risk of non-compliance with partner policies, including Mexico colleagues. (25%)
Coordinate timely account dispositions and title release with the Account Reconciliation Team (ART) department. Research payment issues raised by customers and ensure timely resolution. (15%)
Qualifications:
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:
- Accounting: 1 years
- Business-General: 2 years
- Collections: 1 year
- Customer Service: 2 years
Education:
High School Diploma/(GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Recommended majors include:
