Job Overview:

Support the compliance strategies for Client Services, including our external vendor partner. Ensure a robust compliance program through the maintenance of complete and accurate procedures and the coordination of internal assessments of those procedures.
 

Responsibilities:

Mandatory Training Completion Governance –Track completion of required training for the department, including the vendor partner, and keep records accordingly. (10%)

Internal Assessment Design– Create and/or regularly complete internal assessments of documented Client Services’ procedures in partnership with Client Services leaders and Subject Matter Experts. (30%)

Compliance Program Governance – Maintain internal assessment requirements and track the completion of assessments and remediation action items. (20%)

Audit Support – Provide support for internal and external audit evidence requests, such as Corporate Audit, Risk Review, CFPB, ABS, CS, and State Exams. (10%)

Provide support, where appropriate, for high-risk teams within the department, most specifically Customer Relations and Credit Dispute. (30%)

 

Qualifikationen

Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position. 
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

  • Business-General: 2 years
  • Customer Service: 2 years

Education:
High School Diploma/(GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred. 


Additional Knowledge:

  • 1 year of previous Subject Matter Expert (SME), leadership, and/or Compliance experience preferred


Skills:

  • Analytical skills:
    • Ability to collect data and establish facts and identify trends and variances
  • PC skills
    • Corporate Mainframe
    • Microsoft Office
  • Problem Solving skills

Additional Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Compliance related functions experience preferred. 
     

Recommended Prerequisites:

  • Operations positions in Client Services, Collections or Remarketing such as a Compliance Administrator; Trainer; Team Leader; Subject Matter Expert; or a Quality Role with significant Compass experience are recommended.
