The Mercedes-Benz Cars Digital and Communication unit is responsible for the global conception, implementation and steering of all communication activities and advertising strategies of Mercedes-Benz Cars. We creatively steer our luxury brands across all customer touchpoints and efficiently optimize communication for our customers by means of data-driven and measurable activities. We do all that with the clear goal of creating and deepening our customers’ enthusiasm and desire for the brand.
In the Regional Overseas unit (Stuttgart & Malaysia), we are responsible for marketing in more than 150 countries in Asia-Pacific, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Central/Eastern Europe, Africa and Southern American regions.

Responsibilities:
- As a Campaign & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for operational management of content adaptations and productions for regional markets. You will also align closely with the regional marketing lead, agencies and markets to assure optimal execution and governance for all activities.
- You will be steering the content automation processes to improve speed and image quality
- As tool project owner, you will focus on template generation for automated content as well as on reporting and analysis of content usage
- You will be part of a taskforce that aims at including CGI & Generative AI into the content processes for increased asset availability and tailored personalization
- Ensure the best possible customer experience through content systems and tools
- You focus on markets and content requirements for content needs
- Drive operational activities across the content globally
- Own and manage intake and end-to-end processes to satisfy all content requests to owned digital properties
- Communicate with agencies and markets to coordinate updates, and ensure all requests are delivered within scope and timeline
- Build and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders, including management, and project members
- Prioritize and manage multiple workstreams and communicate expectations and progress to key stakeholders

Qualification:
- Completed university degree in the field of marketing / communication / PR / business administration or a comparable qualification
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing/PR with experience in campaign management & content development, ideally with automotive background
- Excellent communication skills required. Must demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking as well as strong project management skills
- Experience in guiding international markets through content strategy, adaptation and production processes is a plus
- First experience on tools for content development & adaptation are a plus
Language Skills:
- Fluent in English spoken and written and exceptional faculty of expression
- Additional languages a plus
